Care for the Homeless provides healthcare to people experiencing homelessness across the city. With the start of the new school year, CFH held a back-to-school vaccine event at one of their family healthcare centers. Thanks to generous donations of children’s books from several publishers, including Astra and Penguin Random House, these children were ready for the school year with a new book of their very own in-hand. We are very grateful to all of the publishers who have made donations this year. Please continue to keep these children in mind and if you have a spare book or two, won’t you consider giving a child a world that they can carry?
